i am going on in a couple days.
since r is longer acting does that mean i should take it about 1/2 hour before my work out ends?
should i also wait that half hour before i take my 10grams carb per iu?
i always hear more about humalog because it is faster but not much about R.
i was just wondering if my timing should be different for eating, training etc..
any info appreciated
