    Slin on nonworkout days?

Is it okay to take slin on non workout days as well? I know 4 weeks on 4 off os the best way to cycle slin, but I was wondering if ED would be best as opposed to only on workout days.

Insulin use on non-workout days is likely to just make you fat. Unless you have depleted glycogen stores somehow (i.e. with cardio for cardiovascular health, NOT fatloss), as soon as you fill up the system, which should be close to full already from the day before, all the nutrients you take in go to fat storage.
