should be used in the AM and then mid afternoon..i dont think you want to use it at night because that is when your natty GH levels are the highest...i'm no expert on this but i'm sure you will get other replys telling you the same

night has the most natural production of GH.............
You shouldn't take GH at night. You should take it in the am or the afternoon, or after you've taken it for a little while and you know you don't get hypoglycemic, then you should take it just before you workout.
