First Use Of Slin

Today, I did my first slin injection. Here is how it went:

Trained - for about an hour.
Immediately after my WO, I injected 10iu of Humalog IM into my Left Lat.

I then drank 100grams of carbs(Twin Lab Ultra Fuel) with 10grams of Creatine and 10 grams of Glutamine. Along with the drink I took: 200mg Chromium, 200mg lipoic acid, 30mg vanadyl sulfate, and 2000mg hydroxy citric acid.

15 minutes after my injection and carb drink I downed 80 grams of whey protein(mixed with water only).

1.25 hours after the injection I ate a boneless skinless chicken breast with 1 cup of white rice with water and a little hot sauce.

2 hours my first meal, I had some more chicken, rice and salsa, with some lettuce and water.

**Since it was my first time injecting, I was concious of hypo, so I had Gatorade, and glucose tabs handy just in case, but I was really surprised to have not symptoms at all, just a little headache right before my first meal, but that was it.

Was there anything that I missed to do? Any opinions on how to do this better is appriciated. Thanks

That's pretty balsy starting with 10ius, most reccomend starting at 2-4ius and working up to 10. Play safe.

with your timing layout i'm also assuming you used humalog, no?
