Question for the Guru's about Growth!

I am getting ready to make an order for some Jino and my brother is now also interested in taking this as well. Here is the situation, I am 30 5'10 215 @ about 18% BF. He however is 32 about 5'10 1/2 and about 230 and about 25% BF. Will him taking HGH at his current stats be benefical to him? He used to be very "athletic" at one time, but since now working a full time, high stress job, as well as raising a family he has slacked off a bit. He wants to trim down to about 200 following a strict diet and proper cardio (I know he can do this, his work ethics are unreal). What else could I suggest to him on top of the growth? Any help would be cool.

I think if he starts at 1iu of GH and no more and also start hitting the gym it would be more beneficial than just workingout with the 1iu of GH...esp if he is 32 he has already had a decline in his endogenous GH....goodluck
