Two shots at differnt times of igf-1 r3 instead of two p/w???

I have been reading post after post about taking two shots in the muscles exercised post workout because there is more receptors for the igf-1 to attach to. Ok sounds great, but how is this defiantly better then taking two shots so your have it constantly in your system? If it remains active for 12+ hrs then wouldn't two shots be more beneficial. I just want to know if anyone has any evidence rather than just opinion on what method is more beneficial.

Any info will be greatly appreciated
