how to time insulin & HGH when working out at 5:30 AM?

    Hi guys,
I train at 5:30 AM and will be taking slin PWO. I usually eat a good meal post work out then take my HGH at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. With the slin I need to be careful with gluclose levels. I was told that you can't eat one hour before and one hour after taking HGH because the rise in insulin will kill the HGH.
Any guidance on how to time this for best and safest results?
    Thanks

Thanks Redbaron, I was hoping that you would come to the rescue.
I do eat before training, I just have 40 g of whey protein and about 30 g of dextrose and 30 g of maltodextrine but I am not that consistent with that. I think doing the GH first thing makes the most sense.
    I reall appreciate the help.
I did 2 IU's of the slin on sat., 3 on sun. and 4 IU's today right after training. Even though I didn't train on the weekend I wanted ease into it and not just start out with 4 IU's. I will up an IU with every work out until I am feeling it but I will not go past 10 IU's PWO.
Redbaron I will PM you when I start seeing/feeling results and let you know how it is going.
    thanks again.
