I was wondering if 21 is too young to start using growth
how long you been training?
about 5 yrs
what are your stats too? if you are willing to dedicate yourself fully in nutrition and training you're prolly ready
omg this is the hundredth time. NO YOU ARE NOT TOO YOUNG FOR GH! there is no such thing. it is designed for youth, not for full grown adults. The only thing is you would have to get an epiphyseal brone growth study to determine if some, or all of your growth plates have closed yet. Once that is determined you could safely plan your cycle. The only possible side if you did not have the growth plate study would be disproportionate growth due to premature growth plate fusion!
What are your goals for this cycle, height, mass, cut? Also how tall are you?
I am 6'1 and weigh 210 im guessing about 12% body fat last time i checked a year ago i was 14% so its a estimate. My goals are too gain about 20 pounds of lean mass and keep it. I want to try growth because ive come to realize that juice is a waste of money to some extent my reasoning behind why its a waste is because it only enhances the size of the muscle cells you have not creating more which growth will do. So my next question would is 300 iu's be good enough for a growth cycle
