Anyone increased their training frequency while on igf-1 r3

I could not find anything on this. I currently train
    monday chest/bicepts
    tuesday legs
    wensday rest
    thursday back traps
    friday shoulders/tris
    sat rest
    sunday rest

I was thinking of just working out 4 days straight then take one day of rest and repeat. I am taking 60mcg a day of igf-1 r3 and 600grams 4-ad transmerdal a day.

Any thought I have done AS cycles in the past and use to workout like crazy, but then I started reading about over training. I am starting to think I respond better to more frequent training.

Any experiences or thoughts will be appreciated

wow I am very intersted in this. I know a lot of people advocate training less frequently but look at the bros in the past they trained for hrs. Okay I know someone will say well the guys of today are bigger. This is true and Ronnie Coleman works out each muscle group twice weekly except for shoulders. (If I remember correctly) He is also geneticaly gifted ,but I like to hear some bros out there training like this. I think I got wrapped up in the not overtraining theory and started to undertrain.

Good luck, I am very intersted to find out how it works out for you. What do you train like now if you dont mind?

I went a head and changed my training routine. I am going to run my whole routine with no rest in between muscles, and then one day off. If I dont like how I am responding to it I will back off a bit.

    presently its like this:

    MON: chest/tris/abs
    TUE: back/bis
    WED: off
    THUR: legs/calves
    FRI: shoulders/traps abs

    gonna run like this
    MON: SAME
    TUES:SAME
    WED: LEGS/CALVES
    THU: CHEST/TRIS/ABS
    FRI: BACK/BIS
    SAT OFF
    SUN OFF
    MON: LEGS
THEN SO ON AND SO FORTH.

so instead of training each body part 2 x every 2 weeks it will be more like 4x every 2 weeks....8x month instead of 4 x
