    GH with 10pm workouts?

    Im currently running 4 IUs of Jino ED. 2IUs at 9am before my cardio workout (cardio workout is only done 3-4 days a week) and 2IUs at 2pm. Would there be a better time to shoot the second 2IUs if my lifting workouts take place at 10pm or should I just stick to my current schedule.

    chances are if your lifting at 10 your not asleep till 12ish maybe even 1ish. id do it at 8:00 or 9:00 but hey thats just me.
