Bump..... I know this is an older thread. I am going to run IGF like this next go, Ie 20mcg in the am and 40mcg PWO along with 10ius of insulin
So my new question is- what do you think about administering the IGF like that?
And how much insulin should I use while using IGF? Will 10ius be too much?
*edit* after reading DEVLDOGs IGF thread... I might just use 20mcg twice ED, both bilaterally...

At first i would lower the insulin dosage and see how your body responds. Each person will react differently, so therefore each person should adjust as needed!
To be safe i would have a bottle of 50g dextrose(or another simple sugar) in water and carry it with you, along with taking your planned PWO nutrition. The IGF will play a large role is glucose transport, and you should be prepared for it!
I am now running 20mcg in the AM bilaterally in the muscles worked the previous day, and 40mcg PWO bilaterally in the main muscles worked! I run 12 ius of humalog along side with it, and have it fine tuned to where i know just how many carbs i need to stay awake! :lol:
Play it safe, then tighten down on the nutrition later. Slowly adjust your carbs until you get to the level you need! A BGM will greatly aid in determining this!
(ps i use 9 grams of dex in my pwo nutrition with slin and igf-1, and 7 grams with just slin)
