How much GH and when

I'm about to start my GH in another week. I'm gonna run 4iu, 5 on 2 off. I heard to start out with a low dose to see how my body handles it. What is considered a low dose and how long should it be ran before I can step it up to 4iu. Also my guy told me if possible do two shots of 2iu daily instead of one 4iu shot. Does that really make a difference whether I divide it up or do it all at once. And when is the best time of day to take GH. I heard about and hour after you get up.
