taking R-ALA with HGH?

Would it be effective to take R-ALA with my HGH cycle? I am borderline hypoglycemic so I don't want to mess with insulin. I know GH raises blood sugar levels so maybe this would be a good thing for me. Just want to make this a good mass cycle, this will be my first time on HGH and my 4th AAS cycle. I will be starting the AAS cycle 1 month after I start the HGH and will be taking Test enanthate 500mg/week and EQ 400mg/week for 10 weeks.
