i am 220 pound ripped and half way through my course and going to try some gh but not sure how much to take and length of time to stay on i was told a couple of 16 iu hits will be enough to see a change in my body is this true or another gym lie

most bb's use 4 IU's a day and more. I use 2 IU's because the sides are bad for me once I go beyond 2IU's. As far as lenght of time....the longer the better. I never intend to come off. You need to be on at least 3 months to see anything and possibly longer.
