    Slin only on training days?

Maybe a stupit question but, do you do slin only on training days?

I only train 3 day a week, monday, wednesday & friday, Doggcrap style, and on tusdays and thursdays do cardio.

Not about to use slin yet, but maybe in six months or a year, I'm not in a hurry but I want t educate my self on this topic.

    Thanks for your replies.

You can take Insulin on training days and off days. If you're not using AAS, Insulin in the AM on off days is very beneficial to stave off catabolism. Otherwise, Insulin on training days PWO is your best oprion.

Ok, but what about cardio, do I still take insulin after cardio?

Also my workout are at 5am to 6:15am and cario at 5:30am to 6:30am. Would this affect in any way the purpose of cardio, because I have a Pro/Fat meal after cardio to help lyposis (spell?) adn I know you need carb after insulin.

Should I take insulin before cardio?

lyposis only last 45min-1hr after cardio.you should not eat during this period anyway..so just wait 1hr after cardio.take your slin followed by proper nutrients and you should be good to go
