    insulin

    will insulin cause any bloat what so ever if run iwith a clean diet?

    NO bloat. Just remember to keep fat intake as minimal as possible until the slin clears your system.

    the slin wont cause bloat, but after a shake and 2 meals in 4 hours i look **** bloated...lol
