help with igf cycle

i am going to try igf with my next cycle of aas. i paln on running test-e @1g/wk and EQ @750/wk. i going to run it for around 15 weeks. i may add in some prop at a low dose from wk 15 for 4 weeks. proviron will also be added 2 50mg/ED starting at week 5. i will pick up a few mg of igf predisolved in acetic acid. i am wondering what would be the best way to incorporate it into this cycle. i am going to start the first week @ 20mcg bilateral, pwo and then go to 40mcg for 2 weeks and see how it is going. i was planning on staying on the igf for 40 days and then off for a month. i was hoping to get 2 cycles of the igf in with the aas.

also will be taking 20mg nolva ED (start w/ proviron) and 2.5 mg of finasteride ED (prostrate and hair). milk thistle and cran extract thrown in as well.

any thoughts on this or how it could be changed for the better?

i am currently 230 @ 6'2" w/ around 10%BF

what do you think would be the best time to start the IGF? maybe week 10?
on for 40 off 30 and then try to hit the igf again with pct?

what type of carbs are you taking in when you are doing the igf shots?
