    Talking Just bought HUMULIN R and...

    Just bought HUMULIN R from walgreens no problems. My question is should i inject it right after my workout or sooner. I ask because i know you inject humalog right after but since humulin is slower acting wouldnt it be better to inject the humulin sooner-for best results?

    If you are using Humalin R, then 30 min before you finish training is the best time for injection, good luck.
