What to start first-IGF,HGH, AAS?

Ok, I need to know what would be best to start first, I will be getting HGH, and IGF in the mail soon, I believe the IGF will be getting here a little earlier. I have never took HGH or IGF before but this will be my 4th AAS cycle. Would it be ok to start with the Long R3IGF-1 first for about 20 days at 40-50mcg. a day then as soon as Im done with that start the HGH at 2 IUs a day and work up to 4IUs for about 2 months b4 I begin my AAS cycle. Then when I start my AAS cycle get another mg. of IGF to run with my cycle? Or should I start the HGH and IGF together? Just don't want to have to wait for the HGH to get here because I think it might take some time.

IGF and GH are useless without AAS and SLIN...you really need to do some research or you will just be pissing your $$ away
