b12, insulin & prop

i just purchased a bottle of b12 i have looked everywhere but still not sure.

do i use insulin needle or regular test needle
how much equals 1000mcg

B12 can be injected IM or sub-q(slin needle) so either needle will work.
The amount per ml should be labeled on the vial.

i do hear that i can mix with prop but can i also mix with slin, i mean can i put the b12 in the same shot as slin.
