Hgh and Gyno..

I am currently using gh and prior to starting I had not taken any anabolics for quite some time due to my problem with being sensative to the whole gyno thing...I had experienced the puffy nipp thing and they ended up staying puffed for the last 2 yrs or so with little to none tissue below. Anyway I started the gh and now feel as if the "tissue" is growing, gyno is actually breast tissue right? and gh makes your tissue grow right? Anyway I am taking arimadex with it just as a precaution and I feel that it may be getting worse. So my question is...is it tissue? and will the gh cause it to grow?
Oh yeah I am geting the gh through the doc and he has me on 2iu a day 6 on 1 off. Saizen 5mg
