I have been on for 5 months or so, other than water retention, some fat loss, and better sleep nothing major. IGF-1 is the way to go if you are looking for muscle.
2 months hear but only 2iu's. Nothing major just some sides that will soon go away I think. But I am not looking to gain much muscle anyways, I am using for anti-aging at this time.
I went from 10.1% bf to 8.2% in 9 weeks of 2iu/ed and 100mg/wk Primo. I'm not trying to cut, just trying to heal my shoulder. Other than that my diet is the same but I cut milk and take R-ala with all simple carbs.
Seems to me both IGF and gH are worth the $. I hope so anyway, I dont want to hear it aint worth it.
I have been keeping a journal on this forum. I think it is very worth it.
You will not go from a fat slob to a model in six months, but you will tighen up all across the board- skin and tone are better, abs and everything you work.
It is much more subtle than test though.
worth it for that edge on others, becuase every lilttle bit counts
in running it i would be looking for serious size gains, which it appears most of you are not, in that case is it still worth it???
I am using 6 iu's a day. So far I am 6 weeks in and can say its very slow but gradual. I have been pretty lucky with no sides at this amount other than my hands go numb when sleeping and some extra water retention, but thats it. I do get sleepy more easily. I am also 1 week in my cycle, rumnning a gram of test a week, 600 mgs of eq, and 300 mgs of tren. I have put on about 4 lbs in the last week.

I think the theory of 4IU or less a day is b******t I have a friend that is 37 that has been running it for almost 3 weeks now and is getting results already. He is not taking anything else at this time and is eating the same as he did before. I will start at 1IU and bump it to 2Iu a day. I'm also running anadrol, omnadren and finaprop blend.. Cycle will start Dec. 10.
