    HGH ruined?

    ive been monitoring the temperature of my fridge to make sure that the hgh is all good, but for some reason i decided to put the thermometer in the back of the fridge. i checked it a few hours later, and it was like -2 degrees Celsius!!!!
    ia my hgh ruined???

    i know u r supposed to keep it at 2-8C or 36-46F

    also, that temp. was outside the cardboard packaging..and it was at this temp. for no more than a day

    i just dont see how it could be ruined after just a day of low temperature

    that's one helluva cold fridge! can't imagine what your freezer is set to...

    anyway, you should be ok...it probably wasn't at that temperature long enough to do damage.

    well its one of those small fridges that has the little freezer compartment at the top, where u open up the flap to put stuff in the freezer..but i guess the freezer also cools the fridge part too

    so u think if it was below 0 for like numerous days, lets say a week, it would definetly kill the GH?

    An overstuffed fridge can cause a variation of temperatures. Becuase of lack of circulation, the temperature can be different in different locations.

    ya ive got it cleaned out now..but i am still scared that i damaged the HGH

    The reason they say to keep it at 1-2 over 0 or under is to avoid it from freezing.If it froze, then you will have degraded it in my opinion. It is a fragile protien chain and crystalization from freezing would absolutely damage it. If it was a short amount of time, and you didn't notice any of the liquids in your fridge with ice in it,you should be OK.
