my friend is diabetic and said he could get me some novalog, is this a good one to use post workout? It is fast releasing like humalog I think so like 3 hour window.

It seems that Novolog appears to be both stronger and quicker than Humalog.

I'm going to look into this now and buy a bottle. Been using humalog for a while now, 12-14iu PWO only...

Maybe i could use the novolog and compare the 2, taking blood glucose readings at set intervals to compare them. I of course have the same dextrose, whey and creatine in their specific times after my injection, so i could minimize the variables.....

sounds like an interesting experiment

Novalog and Humalog are the faster acting Insulins. They are pretty much the same when it comes to use for BB purposes.

'cept with novalog you run the risk of going hypo a lot faster

yes thats what my friend said and hes diabetic so it must be some powerfull ****. Maybe Ill tell him to get me a few bottles, im training him for free because hes a good friend of mine so maybe he can pay me in insulin . however I have never taken insulin. I am taking HGH and Long R3IGF-1 now but never took insulin.
