Nutrition on GH
Ok, I've researched this but have found no clear answer. My diet is good. My carbs are in the morning oatmeal, dextrose/protein PWO, and potato or rice hour after workout.
I plan on running 2iu GH in the morning then increasing to 4iu (2iu morning, 2iu afternoon). My goal is fat loss and slow muscle growth over a long period of time.
Do I need to eat different. Do I need carbs after an injection, simple or complex? I'm mostly interested in nutrition after injecting gh.
