Sorry for the retarded title.... but in all seriousness, so far I love this stuff. :banana:
The Good-I am approaching 10 days... My friend that saw me a week ago, said that he could tell a size difference when I talked to him yesterday. Which is inline with the scale as I am up around 8lbs... Ok ok before you flip, I have lost weight due to my prostate infection. I was 180 when I started the slin, now I am around 188... so some of the weight is from that. But I had been working out for almost a month before I started the insulin. Also the biggest/heaviest I have ever been is 196 at 9.5% or 190 at 8.5%. This stuff makes me hit my diet PWO perfectly... sometimes I slack, and now I cannot. I like the fact that it doesnt raise my hormone levels, makes my depression and ADHD easier to handle. I am getting some really good pumps, never felt that before and it was way better than IGF... Insulin is good stuff.
The bad-Uhh I am gaining BF around my stomach.... abs can be see, in fact all 6... But I am not as cut up as I was... glad its winter. Ill worry about this when the time comes, as it will be DNP time! But I might use clen, I just dont like the sides at all... clen scares me more than anything else. For the sole fact that crap is NOT good for your heart. I think I am officially addicted to insulin... :D
PWO 10ius humalog, 80g of dex, 15g creatine... followed by 75g of whey.
Then a solid meal, then followed by a shake with milk then off to bed. *
So far I love how this stuff works!
Also I will be getting my BG graphs up to compare BG levels while on and off of insulin.
*That is the jist of it, I time everything the way I should... so dont use that as a guide!!! And I know the milk is probally not helping the fat but its ok for now....
