gh and skin improvement question

i've heard that it can help with greasy skin and ance but what about rosacea. if anyone has had experience with this please chime in.

I have been on Gh for about a year...no skin changes except for some skin tags. I also have mild rosacea. Great for removing fat around the abs though.

Yes IGF has the same effect.... put its not as pronounced due to the length of the IGF cycle... so it does not really become apparent unless you are using growth.
From what understand, if your BF is low you will be able to see a difference... more of a tighter look.
