GH Dose Question

I have been Taking Jintropin for about three week now, 2ius 7am and 2IUS before bed. 7 days a week. OR shuold I take the pm shot at 6 or 7pm at night. ANy help would be great.

How old are you? "Older" people benefit from taking GH b4 bedtime...

Unless your 50+ you should not be shooting gh before bed as it will supress your natural production. If your first is 7am then your good to go around 3:00pm give or take an hour.

I was also under the impression that taking gH was best taken in the AM and around 2pm.

ya i think thats the general concensus around this board..

i agree with them, taking it in the AM and then in the early afternoon

but then again, if u go to bed at like 3AM then i guess shooting it later in the evening is ok

I am 22 years old, but i leave to the after work so i am not home until 6pm. is it still OK i take the 2ius at 6pm. I usually am in bed at midnight or a little later.
