How can I determine if LR3 is bunk?
A good buddy of mine is on some LR3 and for almost 3 weeks now he hasnt gained a freakin pound, notta. He said he might feel some pumps not sure, and his stomach makes the imfamous gerguly noises. But thats it. So I told him tonight to take the shot them pee on some ketostix without taking in protein or carbs... Guess what 3 times it was tried over the course of 4 hours and no traces were found... :unsure: So was that an accurate test to try? I felt so, but I thought id toss it here for more information to be shared...
