    insurance companies SUCK!

went to the doc today to get my normal blood work because of my slow thyroid and asked if he could check my test and IGF-1 levels. he said he would do it except insurance won't pay for it if there is no reason to have it done. he can't even take cash money (although he said wanted to be able to) because he could get in trouble for doing it. i told him i was going to start GH and a little test and he had no problem with it but he can't monitor my blood work because of F&%@#G insurance! oh well, i do know another doc that will...thank god!

How old are you? That could have a lot to do with it. I have mine done and the ins paid for it.
