to help give me a better idea on how this stuff works
i am curious about what kind of gains you would get
what kind of retainability you would have for the gains
and if there would be any bloat/water retention from it
plus what kind of PCT would you have for something like that?
there will be a bloat, but not like a test bloat. youll probibly gain about 5 pounds after the water leaves you if your lucky. you dont need PCT.
I've never heard anyone say they've has bloat from LR3 IGF-1

Run for 4-6 weeks then cycle off for the same.
Since there isn't that much water retention, you will keep your gains pending diet, sleep, workout etc is kept solid. Keep protein and calorie intake high. It's hard to get fat on IGF-1 LR3
IMO running IGF without AAS is a waste..you need the AAS for hypertrophy..IGF will cause hyperplasia which dont amount to much if you dont feed those new cells
5lbs in month are unrealisticly high gains for just IGF-1r...maybe 1-2lbs of lean muscle mass, which is still very impressive...and i agree with devldog...addition of ASS would make big differance...XXL

What AAS would you run with IGF-1, if only running it for a month?
I would run test prop, maybe even and oral PH like 4ad or m1t.
how would you run test with IGF-1? What would go first, how much etc?

Im running a cyckle right now. tren EQ Test propp. And my plan is to use my IGF 1 at 40 mcg / day In my clomid/nolva PCT or 2 weeks after staring PCT.
But what do you guys think? Should I use it now instead togheter with my cykle.?
In the opinion of some it's a waste for your lab rat to use it without stacking a potent anabolic on top of it (maximizes the effects of IGF muscle hyperplasia). Others give it to the test subject during PCT because it helps the little rat maintain, and sometimes even gain, muscle mass during PCT. Still another group (and I like this idea best) advises using it during the last 2 or 3 weeks of an anabolics cycle and continuing use into the first 2 or 3 weeks of PCT. The latter seems to allow the rat to derive benefits from both methods of administration. Your call. Good luck.Quote:

If you mean running Igf-1 as your form of PCT then I wouldn't. You wont need HCG though.
