I am just startin in on my 6th week of gh, and things aregoing as i expected, I have lost about 2 inches around my navel, sleep is going great feel like i can go all day on about 6 hurs of sleep, skin has not really improved to what i would have expected but i think it will come with time, i have started to notice some strength increases, this week i was able to flat bench 265 for 6 reps at the end of a grueling workout, which is personally very good, i just started really dieting 2 weeks ago and i started clen on monday, hoping to cut the body fat to a low 10%, i also started cadio 7 days a week and will increse the cadrio by 5 minutes every week, btw i am on 3ius 5on 2off
