    What schedule is HGH?

Customs decided to keep 300 IU's of my HGH. Is HGH schedule III? I'll just get a letter like I did for AAS correct? -x

not positive, but I dont believe it is scheduled at all. However, I think some laws are state specific regarding HGH. But I think in most states it is simply a prescription drug.

    Anyone know for sure?

One thing people often forget to consider regarding legality etc is whether its a US approved version of the drug or not. If you are purchasing a foreign version of a US approved drug (i.e. Jinotropin) it can be charged as a felony in any state. The FDA only provides for importation of drugs that cannot be purchased in the states AND if you can show medical need. Many people incorrectly think that anciallaries and other non scheduled drugs are safe to import and as stated above, especially if they are foreign verisons and have domestically approved equivalents, its not safe at all. This is information I have garnered from Rick Collins very informative book.
