    high liver enzymes?

    now doc says i still have high liver enzymes. been this way even before hgh. is this dangerous and what do i do to get it down? sorry for the post here dont really know where to go with this one

    Yes, high liver enzymes can be bad if left untreated. If you have excess from pancreas& liver then they have to go somewhere and that place is your whole body via blood. You must drink more water to help get rid of high enzymes because the pancreas/liver makes them no matter what.

    Well take liver supplements and cranberry extract for one. Two if you drink alcohol stop. Alcohol is hard on the liver, next tylenol is another bad guy. Avaid taking any kinds of oral medications unless absolutly necessary.

    Elevated liver enzymes really aren't that big of a deal , just about anything can cause them, the key is to avaid the above items to put less stress on your liver.

    what about milk thistle?? what does it actually do?
