if you take more than 50mcg of T3 you have more chance of messing up you thyroid, take 12.5mcg for few days say 3/5 days then go up to 25mcg for couple of weeks then back down to 12.5 mcg,take couple weeks off then repeat, this seems to work best for me..
"messing up your thyroid" is not the issue at all. Mallet was right, the BP's are drastically increased, decreasing the effectiveness of the growth hormone..Quote:

This might be a stupid question, but when I take 12.5-25mcg's, since it's such a low amount, it seems like I'm not even swallowing the stuff. Does anyone take it will juice or am I getting proper absortion?

you may of cycled 150mcg and recovered but everyone is different, this is why we have boards like this everyones different expirences, ive done very well going on t3 for 3 weeks then off for 2weeks then back on,
try for yourself see what works for your body, remember everyone is different!!!
