Phenformin question? ?

Hi

I am about to start GH in a week or two. Im going to go 6 on 1 off up to 4iu. I tried to get glucophage for after carb meals but ended up with Phenformin which is supose to be 8x stronger.

I dont want to use slin so I am going this route to try and maximize the bennifets from GH.

Now my question is..........how much should I take a day and when during the day.
