gh with humalog

I've been taking 4iu gh split into 2 injections for the last month. 2iu about 8:00 and 2iu about 2:30.

Now I'm planning to go up to 6iu for the next month and work up to 10iu humalog post workout. I can't workout until 4:30ish so here's what i'm planning.

8:00 am. 2iu gh
3:45 pm. 4iu gh
4:30. workout
5:40ish, 10iu humalog along with proper nutrition.

does that sound right? or should I even out the gh... 3iu in moring and 3iu in evening.

Humalog has a clearance time of 4 hours so the second gh injection is to close to your insulin injection.

I thought the insulin should be used as the gh is effective? what would you suggest and why?
