pioglit- would you use it? Increases insulin sensitivity

Pioglit is prescription drug that make you more sensitive to insulin .

Description- pioglitasone is an oral antidiabetic agent that acts primarily by increasing insulin sensitivity...studies indicate that pioglitazone improves sensitivity to insulin in muscle and adipose tissue and inhibits hepatic gluconeogeenesis. It improves glycaemic control while reducing circulating insulin levels.

Is this something that would be good to add to a insulin cycle?

Sounds like it would mix well but probably would have to lower your dose of insulin if you use it.

I really don't think anything like that is necessary, but I can see what your saying, so it may be beneficial. I just wouldn't go out of my way to get it, coz its obvioulsy a drug that isn't easy to come across as it is prescription medicine.
