please help me here bros !!

i got my igtropin and i noticed that in 9 out of the 10 vials the lyophilized powder kinda didnt hold the shape and fell apart...(the lyophilized round powder was smaller) in one vial the lyophilized powder was not fallin apart and was in original shape. is the igf still ok to use?

in addition the the vials had paper label and the written information was not printed on the vial but on the paper label. is this ok? :unsure:
