I have an almost full bottle of insulin wrapped in tin-foil in the fridge. Its about a year and a half old, possibly more so my QUESTION is, is it still good to shoot???

I know at the pharmacy they will tell you to throw it out in 28 days and get a new one, my friend is diabetic and he is still using one that is 2 months old and says it is good, but a year and a half is pushing it.
Its so cheap, buy a new one....
my friend is diabetic he says a bottle will last like a year
Yeah i was thinking the same thing but figured i'd ask since i already have one.Quote:
