GH / Carbohydrate Relationship (Red Baron, Others?)

There are two schools of thought on carb avoidance when using GH and I'm curious as to what most users on this board are thinking. One position says that you should maintain a three-hour, carb-free period before and after injecting GH. Others suggest that there's no need to restrict carb intake.

I'm not having any luck searching the archives for answers on this one.
I'd like to hear some opinions from experienced users..

I agree there are two schools of thought on this. However when I first started my gh cycle I was getting headaches. RB explained that I should up my simple carbs after injection times. I did and the headaches went away. I don't think carb timing with gh is as important as it is while using slin, but just my opinion based on general knowledge, nothing in depth.

You do not need to watch carbs or any other nutrients when on HGH it is not like insulin effects.

    BT and Toolman...

I assume you are both experienced users who have gotten good results using GH and allowing free consumption of carbs--correct?

That's the best testament you can get, actual results. I have thought, for some time, that it would be better to split my daily dosage to an AM and late-afternoon administration. I haven't done so up to now cause I've been concerned about carbs interferring with the afternoon dose.

Do you guys split your dose?

If you're above 4 IUs per day you do want to take 2 IUs in the AM and 2 in the early afternoon.

I am a first time user, but would not really call that experienced. I have done alot of research though and am into my 4th month of 5iu's ED.

Yes I do not change my diet at all with gh injections. I do one when I get up and the next in the late afternoon. SOme of the more learned bro's say if you are shooting more than 2-3iu's in one injection, it is going to waste. That is why I never did anything else other than 2x a day once my dosage was up to 4. I have been extremely happy with the results so far. I can now see the last 2 sections making my 4 pack a 6 pack. I just started a prop cycle and have not been on long enough to really see any major size gains.

I am simular to Toolman not very experienced but well enough knowledgeable. I have been on for 4 months ,currently only 2.4iu's on a 6/1 schedule. Realize at our age(I'm 46) and had low levels so I can take less to make a difference. I did get a Rx 5 yrs ago from a very well know specialist as a experimental trial to see if a nerve condition will heal. So I read up on it then and recently all I could but had to stop the therapy due to the cost of $1000 a month for minimum doses. Now I am trying it again since cost is not a factor. For the most part dietary changes do not need to be considered other then smart choices and ones goals. In fact, taking some high GI carbs especially post workout is good to get the pancreas to spike insulin and since hgh is converted by a enzyme in the liver to igf-1 it makes sense that sugar will not hurt. Again what your goal will determine if you decide to take carbs.

When I take my afternoon Jino shot, if I don't eat, it's nap time.
