Best time to do GH

I read some where that gh stays in your body for only a few hours. Should i do it like an hour or 2 before i go to the gym.
Just started a cycle 2 iu per day going to try and run it for about 6 months 5 on 2 off.

Wish i could run it with something else but i know my job does suprise drug test. Not usually for steroids but they have been known to test for steroids every once in a while and unless there is something that gets out of your system really fast i am stuck with only gh.

I personally take 1.5 am before cardio and 1.5 before bed. (jintropin) Lets just say i have been on it since december and I went from a pile of Crap into a complete tramsformation , My skin is better along with my sleep but I have to say the numbness in my hands is a pain in the ass.

3ius everyday. 7 days a week. (jintropin) I have a really good job and a dependable source so the amount of hgh I CAN get is not a problem. This is my first time doin 7 days a week. Last year I did 5 kits of the somatropin by sereno 4ius 5 days a week 2iu am and 2 iupm and It total ripped me up. That was when I was in college and my diet is not half as good as it is now.
