i heard to take your gh shot before cardio in the morning and after workout. If I add slin could i still do this or should i wait til after before my breakfast. I also workout at 11:00 and do cardio at 7.

Insulin needs to be done PWO only, It does not need to be used after cardio.

And shooting slin after Cardio could be a terrible idea, unless you had a bg monitering device. your body's blood glucose level could drop very low from running, then a shot of slin could make it worse.
If you're only doing one shot of slin a day, post w/o is best, it'll restore the glucose you used in the muscles for your w/o, you don't need that after cadio. I would be willing to bet you'd get gain b/f that way.
If you're not only doing 1, then first thing in the morning and post w/o is the way to go, not after cardio, but if you want to do it that way, it's your body and you know it better then us. If you do try it like that let us know how it turns out.

thanks for info guys, i was under impression that gh lowers insulin sensitivity so for better results you should take slin with gh shot.
Not to my knowledge...
