insulin and cortisol
how exactly does insulin inhibit the negative effects of cortisol???

Let's talk about PCT for example. Insulin during PCT can help greatly reduce the catabolism that occurs around this time since AAS is no longer present to block glucocorticoid receptors, and therefore the actions of cortisol.

so in general this is what insulin does in regard to inhibiting cortisol? it blocks the gluco.... receptor so that cortisol is not accepted by that same receptor, thus rendering it useless??? or is there more to it???
