    supliments for IGF 1

    As my gains seems to have stopped now I planned on adding IGF 1 to my cycle. Do you recomened some supps for it??

    Dont start rambling about that I need to eat more, Ive been in the game for some time And I know more about food than I know about gear..
    So I need advice with my gear and not my diet.

    There really aren't any supps necessary when using IGF-1. Take it PWO before your PWO shake consumption!

    Creatine Ethyl Ester and D-Pinitol spurred a few pounds of muscle for me, try mixing it in your PWO shake and in your morning meal.
