    New to board!

    Hi all, just wanted to intro myself. I've been looking over threads for some time and decided to jump on in. I'm not the bodybuilder type, though I use to be when I was in my teens. Right now I'm just a fitness dude with some decent muscle size, but hey...I'll take the size when I can get it. Look forward to chatting with ya'll. Thanks.
