I was told i could use b12 instead of BW to mix with the igf-1 LR3. I got it from MR if that makes a difference. So if im taking 30mcg a day.... how much b12 do i add to it? thanks![]()

Are you talking about adding to the vial? Dont use B12, use AA. I dont think the PH of B12 is good to mix with the IGF.
But if youre talking about getting all of the IGF out of the pin, then ~40units of B12 is more than enough.
No no its mixed with AA already. I was talking about getting it all out of the pin. I dont have to add anything else to the vial do i? If it was already mixed with AA from the research company.

Here is what I do... I draw 40units of B12, on the dot. then draw the LR3... once the B12 gets to 44units I know I have enough IGF. Then shoot away.![]()
sweet thanks... just to make sure is a unit = to a mcg? Also do u think 30mcg is good for a first timer?

1mg = 1000mcg... assuming there is 1ml of liquid we can say that 1ml = 1000mcg and also = 100units...
So 2 units = 20 mcg

Oh, you could use B12 instead of BW to get all the IFG-1 into the syringe?
Do you mean all out of the syringe? then yes...Originally Posted by warlock
