I was told i could use b12 instead of BW to mix with the igf-1 LR3. I got it from MR if that makes a difference. So if im taking 30mcg a day.... how much b12 do i add to it? thanks :hello:

Are you talking about adding to the vial? Dont use B12, use AA. I dont think the PH of B12 is good to mix with the IGF.
But if youre talking about getting all of the IGF out of the pin, then ~40units of B12 is more than enough.
No no its mixed with AA already. I was talking about getting it all out of the pin. I dont have to add anything else to the vial do i? If it was already mixed with AA from the research company.
