igf for hardening
i have a lot of water retention in my muscles, they tend to appear sort of puffed out...
i was wondering if igf1-lr3, 25days at 40mcg/d could help "solidify" my puffed out muscles giving me a much harder look with some good strength
im on creatine now and as soon as i begin igf i will stop the creatine
my hope is that the igf will build upon my gains from the creatine

That's what creatine does to me, makes me puffy. Try just stopping the creatine and you'll lose alot of that water weight. IGF-1 LR3 is a good product, though, and worthwhile for building muscle.
