hey everyone.
before i start with the lr3-igf-1 i just have a few MORE questions i couldn't really find with the research.
Using it for 4-5 wks at 20-30 mcgs/per day
400 test-e wk for 10 wks / 200-300 mg deca /wk also 8 wks
questions.
1. i plan on taking the lr3-igf-1 in the AM before breakfast (I work 9-5 then w/o after work. i just don't want to carry a syringe with me all day and inject in the gym) would this be fine or should i take the IGF-1 when i get home after my workout which is approx 45 min PWO and approx 2.5 hrs before i sleep???
2. If i inject in the morning, should i take a fast acting carb (ie dextrose) in my breakfast as well or are any carbs ok???? usually eat oatmeal in the morning.
3. should all my meals (trying to bulk) be meals with carbs? even my last meal of the day which is usually pro /fat ( i also have another pro/fat meal in the day as well.) ?
4. i heard to keep carbs in the system for up to 4 hrs after injecting? is that a good number to go by?
